General Introduction

This document forms a legally binding agreement between the ta688 platform and its users. ta688 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read each clause listed below carefully and understand it fully. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using this platform.

1 Introduction & Definitions

In these terms, "Platform" refers to ta688's website, applications, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the services. "We" or "ta688" refers to the entity operating the platform.

"Account Balance" refers to the total balance including your deposited funds, earned winnings, and bonuses. "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional funds granted by ta688, which cannot be withdrawn before specific wagering requirements are met.

2 Eligibility to Use the Service

To use ta688's services, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for people aged 21 and above only.
  • You must be a resident of a country or region where receiving online gaming services is lawful.
  • You must not be participating in any gambling addiction rehabilitation programme.
  • Only one person may operate an account.
Important: Creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. ta688 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering with ta688, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If an account is created using false information, it will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Important points regarding account security:

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • You must not allow any third party to use your account.
  • Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Maintenance fees may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with the rules.
Note: ta688 will never ask for your password via email or message. Stay alert if you receive any suspicious communication.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ta688 currently supports financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Account verification may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical or security-related reasons.
Transaction Policy: ta688 only approves withdrawals to the same account from which the original deposit was made. Transferring funds to a third-party account is not possible.

Please ensure that your mobile number and account details are correct at the time of deposit and withdrawal. ta688 is not responsible for transaction issues caused by incorrect information.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ta688 offers various bonus offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. The terms of the currently available welcome bonus are listed below:

  • New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
  • Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
  • Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Wagers placed using bonus funds will count toward the wagering calculation.
  • If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited, the bonus may be cancelled.
Warning: Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any earned bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on ta688 are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself. If a technical issue arises during gameplay, the following policy will apply:

  • Bets from rounds cancelled due to server issues will be refunded in full.
  • In the event of any dispute over a game result, ta688's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
  • ta688 reserves the right to correct any incorrect result displayed due to a technical error in a game.
  • Collusion between players or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

In the sports betting section, bet outcomes will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet is placed, the applicable betting rules will govern the outcome.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ta688:

  • Any kind of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or placing bets with the help of automated software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
  • One person operating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Attempting to introduce harmful software into ta688's systems.
  • Using artificial or simulated betting strategies to meet bonus conditions.
  • Harassing or disrespecting other users.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ta688 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
  • On suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • If the account information is found to be false or incomplete.
  • In accordance with a legal order or directive from the authorities.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is any valid balance at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, the process for returning those funds will be followed.

9 Limitation of Liability

ta688 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ta688's liability is limited in the following matters:

  • Loss of connection mid-game due to internet disconnection or technical reasons.
  • Any errors in the software of a third-party game provider.
  • Service being temporarily unavailable due to unplanned server maintenance.
  • Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or network.

Gaming is a recreational activity and involves financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions. ta688 supports responsible gaming and encourages users to enjoy entertainment within their own limits.
